The lecturers, who are knowledgeable in their respective disciplines are in the best position to take them through the practical rudiments, processes, and procedures of becoming professional teachers as prescribed by the laws of Ghana.

Students are also assured of employment opportunities after completion in both public and private Basic and Senior High Schools in the country, especially in the Kumasi Metropolis. Further, provisions have been made to cater to students’ academic, psychological, emotional, and social challenges by assigning them to qualified counsellors.
