At Christ Apostolic University College (CAUC), excellence is not just a goal\u2014it is a way of life. To strengthen this culture of excellence, the University recently organized a two-day Academic & Administrative Excellence Workshop tailored for its hardworking administrative staff. The workshop was designed to equip participants with practical skills, refresh their knowledge, and inspire a renewed sense of purpose in their day-to-day responsibilities.<\/p>\n

Day 1: Laying the Foundations<\/h3>\n

The first day of the workshop set the tone with a warm opening session led by Mrs. Theophilia Antwi-Bekoe, who guided staff through welcome remarks, prayers, and energizing icebreaker activities. This helped create an atmosphere of openness and collaboration.<\/p>\n

Key sessions included:<\/p>\n

Students\u2019 Registration & Processing of Results<\/strong> \u2013 Mr. Kofi Ampofo walked staff through effective pre-registration planning, how to resolve common registration challenges, and efficient results processing.<\/p>\n

Academic Calendar Management<\/strong> \u2013 Mr. George Sarfo Nketia shed light on how to properly understand, implement, and manage the academic calendar.<\/p>\n

Institutional Processes<\/strong> \u2013 Staff gained insights into aligning daily administrative work with institutional goals for smooth academic operations.<\/p>\n

The day concluded with an open forum, where participants shared experiences, asked questions, and reflected on how to improve systems together.<\/p>\n

Day 2: Building Skills & Work Ethics<\/h4>\n

The second day of the workshop was equally engaging and practical. Ms. Theophilia Antwi Bekoe opened the day with prayer, icebreakers, and a refresher on workshop expectations.<\/p>\n

    Digital Management Practices<\/strong> \u2013 Mr. Daniel Branham Agyei guided staff through modern digital practices that enhance efficiency in administration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Work Ethics<\/strong> \u2013 Ms. Theophilia Antwi Bekoe emphasized professionalism, discipline, and integrity as non-negotiable values in the workplace.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
