The CAUC therefore places an optimal importance on the welfare of its employees and ensure that, their talents and potentials are harnessed for the benefit of the University College and their individual objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Office of HR and General Administration has been created to undertake this mandate and also ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the University College.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OBJECTIVES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of the office is to assist the University College recruit, manage, develop, organize, motivate employees and also provide administrative support for the smooth running of the University College on daily basis.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600\">MS.
